Her strategic mindset ensures that client programs align with their ultimate objectives, while her meticulous attention to detail guarantees consistently exceptional results. Stephanie is well-versed in all aspects of event management with an extensive track record for delivering programs on time, on budget, and with minimized stress. Her ability to handle the complexities of medium- to large-scale programs, as well as high-touch executive gatherings, sets her apart as a sought-after professional in the industry.

Stephanie’s expertise extends beyond event logistics and planning. She has a talent for developing high-performance teams, cultivating a collaborative environment among eco-systems of internal and external partners. Throughout her career, Stephanie has built a strong network of clients and vendor partners. This elevated ability to forge and maintain relationships allows her to navigate the event management landscape with ease, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.

Previously, Stephanie served as Operations Manager for Home Builders Institute, where she and her team launched the Sacramento location of the Institute’s BuildStrong Academy. Prior to this, she was Make-A-Wish Foundation’s Director of Special Events,  a role in which she designed and planned high-touch fundraising and press events. During Stephanie’s tenure as Executive Director with About Face Events she produced large internal and external events (to 5,500 attendees) for a variety of clients, including a Fortune 10 pharmaceutical powerhouse.

Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California in Santa Barbara, as well as a Certificate in Emergency Preparedness from the Association of Destination Management Executives International.
