About Suzanne

Suzanne Woodward is the Director of Digital Engagement at Collaborative Communications, where she supports mission-driven organizations as they deepen community connections through strategic digital campaigns. She specializes in leveraging audience insights, data-driven tactics, creative and innovative tool integration, and compelling storytelling to expand reach and drive measurable impact.

For over 14 years, Suzanne led the integrated communications and digital campaigns for education, public health, and nonprofit organizations. Her career is rooted in creating data-informed, equity-centered, bold communications strategies that drive real-world impact. She spent nearly a decade leading comprehensive communications efforts, launching national and hyperlocal public health campaigns, and supporting multi-dimensional research and programming initiatives. In each role, Suzanne has focused on expanding programs and business development opportunities that help organizations reach and engage diverse audiences in authentic ways.

She began her career in NYC, leading accounts for The Jed Foundation, Publicis Health, and pharma CSR campaigns at an integrated communications agency. She later served as Director of Communications at UNC Collaborative for Maternal and Infant Health. She also served as the Fractional Vice President of Communications at the Family Heart Foundation.

Suzanne holds a bachelor’s degree from Utah State University and now lives in Chapel Hill, NC. She believes that authentic, data-driven communications build trust, support informed decisions, and help organizations make a lasting difference.
