As Creative Director, Rhyla Holley leads with the belief that design should inform, connect, and inspire. She brings nearly two decades of experience translating complex concepts into visual communications that resonate across audiences and sectors.

Rhyla oversees an award-winning design team responsible for brand identities, websites, data visualizations, and large-scale campaigns. She has built a strategic and collaborative process that helps clients shape cohesive visual platforms from research and intake through final execution.

She also leads the visual direction of Collaborative’s brand and marketing strategy. Known for her inclusive leadership style, Rhyla creates the conditions for creativity to thrive and for diverse ideas to take shape.

Rhyla holds a bachelor’s degree in fine arts with a minor in art history from the Herron School of Art and Design, Indiana University Indianapolis.
