Katherine Hunt is a strategic leader who specializes in transforming data and complex information into insights that build understanding, spark collaboration, and inform action. Her work centers on designing communications strategies that amplify voices and broaden impact, building partnerships to develop inclusive messaging and scalable solutions, and guiding teams through change by using communication to create shared understanding and momentum. With a deep commitment to clarity and impact, she helps organizations uncover the stories behind the data, ensuring they lead to relevant, inclusive solutions that serve communities effectively.
As the head of business and partnership development at Collaborative Communications, Katherine builds relationships across the public, nonprofit, philanthropic, and education sectors. She designs solutions and approaches that engage stakeholders, translate research into action, and strengthen capacity across organizations working to improve outcomes for children, families, and communities.
Katherine holds a Bachelor of Science in Culture and Politics from Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service. She is an alumna of the Institute for Educational Leadership’s Education Policy Fellowship Program and Harvard University’s Strategic Data Project. She also serves on the Maryland Coalition of Families board, where she champions lived experience’s power in strengthening community support systems and shaping more responsive policies and programs.
