Carolyn has led events of all sizes, from intimate workshops to international conferences. She collaborates closely with clients to shape strategies that reflect their values, manage logistics with precision, and stay on budget. Her work is grounded in a deep belief in the power of convening, especially when events elevate youth voices and highlight collective progress.

A Certified Meeting Professional (CMP), Carolyn brings deep expertise in logistics, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management. She’s also known for improving systems and processes that make event planning more efficient and impactful. Her work has taken her across the U.S. and internationally, including Canada, the United Kingdom, and Sweden.

Carolyn holds a B.A. in Political Science from Muhlenberg College.
