Black Lives Matter: A Statement from Collaborative Communications

We will not be silent in the face of the murder of George Floyd and others, at the hands of the police, nor will we be silent in the face of the systemic racism that threatens the lives of Americans every day.

Because Black Lives Matter.

We stand with the non-violent anti-racist protestors—in our home of Washington, D.C.—and throughout the nation, as they resist oppression and as they seek justice for cruel acts of systemic violence.

Because Black Lives Matter.

Collaborative Communications has spent the past 20 years working to advance and strengthen the work of organizations and individuals who strive for justice and equality in our education system and our society.

Fighting injustice and inequity is our work too, and it will continue to be until we achieve the just and equal society we strive to attain.

We are here as allies. We are here to listen and to learn. And we are here to amplify Black voices and the voices of all who fight racism and injustice.

Sincerely,
