Organizational Learning

Vision

We work with mission-driven organizations (for-profit and nonprofit), focused on education and learning to improve their internal effectiveness in order to maximize their impact in the community and make their vision a reality.

For us, organizational learning is about looking at the big picture and improving processes. It is about getting everyone on the same page and getting results. It is about realistically assessing where an organization is, where it is going, and where it might go next. It is about planning, executing and deploying resources—human and financial. It is about reviewing, measuring, and improving. It is about learning.

“Collaborative Communications is a great organization and you all are such a treat to work with. “Lucretia Murphy, Program Director, Jobs for the Future
