Meetings and Events

Vision

Collaborative brings people together for engaging in-person and virtual meetings and events of all sizes. Through conferences, policy briefings, expert panels, community meetings, press events, webinars, and online discussions (and more!) we design events that move new ideas forward and achieve lasting results.

Our offerings and strategies are tailored to your needs. With our deep knowledge of the education space and adult learning methods, we design meetings and events that inform, connect, and engage.

“Our partnership with Collaborative has improved the National Charter Schools Conference and contributed to our success. We depend on their team’s experience and creativity as we plan our programming and improve our presenter preparation and attendee learning. They really understand our work and the education space. They are a great asset to us and reliably produce solid work.” Angela Christophe, Senior Director, Programs, National Alliance of Public Charter Schools

Approach

As education specialists, we bring deep content knowledge, an understanding of the key stakeholder groups, and a perspective on how logistics should serve learning that uniquely contributes to meeting design. We’re excellent project managers that will deliver your meeting on-time, under budget with a transparent and organized process.

Our meetings and events range from anywhere from 15–5,000 people. We put the participant experience first to ensure they leave informed, inspired, and ready to take action. We’re experts at all elements of meeting and event planning, from marketing and communications to logistics and on-site management. We look forward to making your next meeting or event a success!
